These terms govern the use of this site and the purchase of instrumental licences, drumkits and mixing and mastering services.

Who runs this site
Owner: Left Behind Producciones, registered at C/ Floridablanca, 23, 3º, Águilas, Murcia, Spain.
Contact: prodbyleftbehind@gmail.com. Trading as Left Behind Producciones (ProdByLB).
What you are actually buying
Buying a beat does not make you its owner: you buy a licence to use it. Authorship and intellectual property of the instrumental remain with the producer under every licence except an exclusive agreed in writing.
Each licence has its own limits on streams, units, music videos and radio. They are summarised on the Licences page and set out in full in the contract you receive on purchase. Where the two differ, the contract governs.
Credit requirement
On every non-exclusive licence you must credit the production as «Prod. by Left Behind» in the track title or its description, and keep that credit in any registration of the work.
You may register your song with a rights society provided you credit me as producer in that registration.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, transfer or sublicense the instrumental as it stands, nor include it in sample libraries, packs or production music catalogues.
You may not register the instrumental without vocals as your own work, claim its authorship, or upload it to content identification systems (Content ID or similar) as your exclusive recording unless you have bought the exclusive licence.
Going over the licence limits
If your song passes the limits of the licence you bought, message me and we move up to the next one, paying the difference. There is no penalty — it usually just means the song is working.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate once payment clears. You receive an email with download links that expire after 72 hours. If they expire before you can download, message me and I will issue new ones at no cost.
The files you buy carry no voice tag; the tag appears only on the previews on this site.
Mixing and mastering services
Turnaround is 3 working days for a mix and 5 for mix and master, counted from the moment I receive complete, correctly exported stems.
Reasonable revisions needed to reach the agreed result are included. A revision is an adjustment to the same material; re-recording, restructuring or adding new tracks counts as separate work.
Liability
The producer is not liable for how you use the instrumental or for the consequences of releasing your song. You are responsible for the content you add to it, including lyrics.
The site is provided as is. Every effort is made to keep it available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by the applicable consumer legislation.
